Seafood, Sun and Surf

We had a late check out this morning so we could catch up on our sleep a bit. We packed up and headed out for our trip back to Athens.  Everyone was really excited because we were making a stop at the seaside town of Loutraki on the Ionian Sea.  After we arrived, we headed out for lunch.  Some of our diners were quite adventurous.  Calamari, octopus, anchovies, shrimp and fish-complete with heads-were enjoyed.

After our lunch, we headed out to the beautiful ocean. Although it was a rocky beach, the kids really enjoyed their time there.

It was a great day at the beach!
